For children and adults who want one-on-one lessons to perfect a particular stroke or for the beginner who would feel more comfortable in a private lesson.

Sessions meet on Monday - Thursday for two consecutive weeks. Lessons will be held in lap pool. Splash Lessons are the same as evening swim lessons.

Swim lessons at the Y teach children skills critical to water safety, social interaction, fun, and lifelong fitness. Participants move at their own pace building a sense of confidence and accomplishment as the progress. Swim lessons are broken up by skill age and level. Chose the days that work best for your: Mondays and Wednesdays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, or Saturdays.
Each session runs 4 weeks with 8 classes. Minimum enrollment of four required to run classes. There will be 8 children in each session, broke into two groups of 4 with an instructor for each group.

Get your kids ready for summer fun with swim lessons at the Y! Splash sessions run 2 weeks with 8 classes for the summer months.

Train at the Y for the Annual TRY Knox County Triathlon. Swimming biking, running, core and strength training for all fitness levels. Open to both men and women.
Mondays and Thursdays 5:30 - 7:00pm

At the Y, we teach water safety one lap at a time. Blended learning classes combines online learning with hands-on sessions.

Try out our warm-water therapy pool for low-impact exercise. Our shallow water aerobic fitness classes promote cardiovascular health, muscle tone, endurance and flexibility without stress on the joints. Swimming skills are not necessary and classes run year-round.
March 20-23, April 10-13, May 1-4, May 15-18, May 29-June 1
Classes are blended learning classes. Which means, about two weeks to 10 days before the class begins, you'll receive an email from SalesForce with the online portion of the course. Please ensure you complete this online portion before the class starts.
$50 non-refundable deposit for cancellations is due before classes begin.
